1. On 31 May 2018, an application for putting JLR PARTS AND SERVICE LIMITED (formerly known as BEACHAM LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2018-441-42. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 23 August 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
