This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 May 2018, an application for putting TCD 2015 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2018-470-68. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 30 July 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
