This document notifies you that:

1. On 29 November 2017, an application for putting UNITED CHINESE ASSOCIATIONS OF NEW ZEALAND INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-2835. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 26 January 2018 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Steven Wai Cheung Wong, whose address for service is at the offices of Kemps Weir, Building 10, 660–670 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Peter Kemps, whose address is as noted above.
