1. On 9 November 2017, an application for putting KAZBAR HOLDINGS PTY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-2822. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 26 January 2018 at 10.45am.
