This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 February 2018, an application for the putting of NS PLANT AND CIVIL LIMITED (formerly NDR 2015 LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-270. The application is to be heard by the court at Auckland on the 12 April 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Alltech Diesel & Turbocharger Limited whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock & Co., c/- Level 1, Oracle House, 162 Victoria Street West, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Malcolm David Whitlock, whose address is as noted above.
