In accordance with section 45 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Takeovers Panel on 11 December 2018 granted the exemption contained in the Takeovers Code (PGG Wrightson Limited) Exemption Notice 2018.

The exemption notice takes effect on 12 December 2018.
