Under section 52Q of the Commerce Act 1986 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice that it has made non-material amendments to the Gas Transmission Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2017 [2017] NZCC 14 (“principal determination”).

The amendments are set out in Gas Transmission Services Default Price-Quality Path (Non-material) Amendments Determination 2018 [2018] NZCC 22.

These non-material amendments correct typographical errors:

• made in Schedule 4 of the principal determination, where the “forecast net allowable revenue” values were incorrectly expressed as hundreds of thousands, rather than hundreds of millions; and
• made in Schedule 8 of the principal determination, where the time value of money adjustment for the “closing wash-up account balance” was incorrectly not squared.

These non-material amendments come into effect on the date of this notice.
