In accordance with section 45 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Takeovers Panel on 16 November 2018 approved the granting of the exemption contained in the Takeovers Code (Promisia Integrative Limited) Exemption Notice 2018.

The exemption takes effect on Friday 16 November 2018.
