Pursuant to section 49 of the Privacy Act 1993, I give notice that the Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 Amendment No. 14 was issued on 6 November 2018. The amendment will come into force in several stages with one provision commencing on 10 December 2018 and the other provisions variously commencing on 1 April, 1 July and 1 October 2019.

This amendment may be inspected at the offices of the Privacy Commissioner, Level 13, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland, and Level 8, 109 Featherston Street, Wellington, or obtained free of charge from the website: www.privacy.org.nz.
