Pursuant to section 43(1) of the Road User Charges Act 2012, Picobyte Solutions Limited is approved from 1 November 2018 as an electronic system provider to:

1. Provide electronic distance recorders; and
2. issue electronic licences

This approval is on terms and conditions agreed between Picobyte Solutions Limited and the RUC Collector.
