On 31 October 2018, under section 94J of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) released a final TSO cost calculation determination (“final determination”). The final determination sets out the amount payable by the Crown to Sprint International New Zealand for providing telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired and speech impaired between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018.
