Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, the notice dated 10 October 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 October 2013, Issue No. 144, Notice No. 2013-au6769 that specifies the industries for which MITO New Zealand Incorporated is recognised as an industry training organisation, is amended by deleting the “protective coating industry – including abrasive blasting, and blasting coating operations”.

This notice takes effect from 15 October 2018.
