In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Simon Humphries, give notice that I have exempted United Paints Limited from compliance with Regulations 10.28, 11.30, 11.34, 11.36 and 11.37 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 21 September 2018.
