Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 6 September 2018 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX, as contained in the notice Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (NZX Participant Rules) Approval of Rule Change Notice 2018: Off-Market Trading.

Amendments to the following rules and procedures have been approved:

1. The NZX Participant Rules are approved as Participant Rules for the Main Board operated by NZX; and
2. The NZX Participant Rules Procedures are approved as Participant Rules Procedures for the Main Board operated by NZX.

The approved rule changes will come into effect from a date to be determined by NZX.
