In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Simon Humphries, give notice that I have exempted McKenzie Balfour and Associates Ltd (trading as OnLine Distribution) from compliance with Regulation 11.30 and 11.34 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 6 August 2018.
