In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Simon Humphries, give notice that I have exempted Uhlenberg Haulage Ltd from compliance with Regulations 16.20, and 16.34 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 2 July 2018.
