Pursuant to section 166(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency gives notice that the following exemptions from the stated Land Transport Rules were granted under section 166(1) and 166A(1) of that Act between 1 January 2018 and 31 March 2018:

Pursuant to section 166(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency amends the notice titled “Notification of Exemptions From Land Transport Rules”, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 November 2017, Notice No. 2017-au5865, to show that 7 exemptions for clause 2.2(1) (compliance with requirements of Door Retention Systems Rule) of the Land Transport Rule: Passenger Service Vehicles 1999 were issued between 1 July and 30 September 2017.
