In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (“Act”), I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Kylie Warren White from compliance with Regulation 38(a) of the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2016 (“Regulations”).

This exemption takes effect from 15 May 2018.

The exemption, including the conditions of the exemption and the reasons for granting it, may be viewed at http://www.worksafe.govt.nz/worksafe/hswa/exemptions-under-hswa.
