In accordance with section 34(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 16 April 2018 which will come into force on 18 May 2018:

Part 1 Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 53

Part 43 General Maintenance Rules, Amendment 14

Part 91 General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 29

Part 115 Adventure Aviation – Certification and Operations, Amendment 6

Part 121 Air Operations – Large Aeroplanes, Amendment 30

Part 129 Foreign Air Transport Operator – Certification, Amendment 8.
