In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (“Act”), I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Hexion (N.Z.) Ltd from compliance with Regulation 45 of the Health and Safety at Work (Major Hazard Facilities) Regulations 2016 (“Regulations”).

This exemption takes effect on 28 March 2018.
