Pursuant to section 47(3) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime Rules for the period 2 February 2018 to 22 February 2018 inclusive:

• From all the Maritime Transport Operator Safety System requirements in Part 19.3, 19.41, 19.42, 19.43, 19.45, 19.46, and 19.62
• From all the manning and minimum qualifications requirements in Part 31.80, 31.84(2), and 31.84(4)(a), Table 10 in respect of SRL
• From all the design and construction survey requirements in Parts 40A.3 and 40C.3 (as applicable)
