Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 19 February 2018, under a general security agreement dated 26 September 2017, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after acquired property of the company.
