Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald along with Kim Scott Thompson were appointed as joint receivers and managers of the above company on 13 February 2018 under the powers contained in an instrument dated 13 May 2017, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.

Office of the Receiver is: C/- Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.
