Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 11 October 2017, Colin Anthony Gower and Andrew James Grace, both accredited insolvency practitioners of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the trust under the terms of a general security agreement dated 15 November 2006. The property in receivership is all of the trust’s present and after-acquired property.
