Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 27 June 2018 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 22 July 2013.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertaking of the company.
