Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that as from 1 December 2017 we, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), have ceased to act as joint receivers of Brent Kenneth Pinny (in receivership).
