Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

We advise that on 11 June 2018, Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of ARCHITECTURAL HARDWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 28 November 2014, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property and all other property of the debtor.
