Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

I, John Marshall Scutter, give notice that on 12 June 2018, I was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company, of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company pursuant to a registered general security agreement dated 16 December 2015 and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 21 December 2015.
