Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from 30 May 2018, we, Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of TLL EQUIPMENT LIMITED (formerly Transport Leasing Limited) (in receivership and in liquidation).
