Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Neale Jackson and Natalie Burrett, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 31 May 2018 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 5 October 2011.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertaking of the company.
