Notice of Termination of Receivership

Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, of Level 2 Bupa House, 5–7 Kingdon Street Newmarket, Auckland, were, on 5 April 2018, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of NEW ZEALAND PREMIUM WHITEBAIT LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement.

That appointment ceased with effect from 16 May 2018, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returned control of the company to the director.

This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
