Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above company on 17 April 2018 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 3 September 2014, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.

The receivers also advise that the directors have arranged refinancing enabling the receivers’ appointer to be repaid enabling the receivers to then retire. A retirement notice will be advertised shortly.
