Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

I, Geoff Brown of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, hereby give notice that the receivership of John Parker Westenra has been completed on 20 April 2018 and I consider that my power to act pursuant to my appointment by the Court ceases as of 20 April 2018, aside from my requirement to attend the time allocated by the Court for the examination and passing of the accounts.

All future correspondence should be directed to Mr. Westenra.
