Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Hamish Pryde and Brent Dickins, hereby give notice that on 4 April 2018 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 7 June 2011.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All present and after acquired property of the company.
