Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as receiver of the above companies and individuals on 28 March 2018 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 8 June 2016 which property consists of all present and future rights to the property.

Office of the Receiver is: C/- Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.
