Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that on 19 March 2018 Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of LACKLANDS LP under the terms of a general security agreement dated 1 August 2013.

The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the partnership.
