Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 20 March 2018, under a general security agreement dated 10 June 2016, David Thomas, insolvency practitioner of Tauranga, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
