Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 8 January 2018 Conor John McElhinney and Andrew John Grenfell, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of ANDREA MOORE & CO LIMITED under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 3 August 2012.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property, and all personal property.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at McGrathNicol, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
