Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Specific Assets

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, with reference to JALANDHAR GROWERS LIMITED, hereby gives notice that on 1 March 2018 he was appointed as receiver of the specific property (gas related) of JALANDHAR GROWERS LIMITED under the powers contained in a supply agreement.

Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, as from the date hereof, I have ceased to act as receiver of specific assets of the above-named company.
