Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that at 10.23am on 22 February 2018, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company by order of the High Court at Auckland.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 6 April 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made, or from objecting to the distribution.
