Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidator

Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland dated 23 February 2018, Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as interim liquidators on 23 February 2018 at 5.50pm.

If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above company, please provide details to the interim liquidators forthwith.
