On 18 December 2017 at 11.23am, the shareholders of LIVING FIT LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 26 January 2018.
