Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk, chartered accountant, and Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 23 February 2018 at 8.25am.

We fix 23 March 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
