Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Rotorua pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 20 February 2018 at the times stated below:

• MISTIC LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.13am.
• WOODLANZ PACIFIC LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.19am.

We fix 31 March 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
