Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Christopher Carey McCullagh, Chartered Accountant and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the following companies, details noted below:

14 February 2018

ANNEX CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 1.10pm it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 to liquidate the company.

PAMIRGA LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.06am by an order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 to liquidate the company.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 5 March 2018 (for ANNEX CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation)) and 23 March 2018 (for PAMIRGA LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation)) as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned companies are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
