Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following a solvency resolution by the company’s shareholder(s) on 16 February 2018 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 23 March 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
