Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 16 February 2018 at the times stated below:

• CRB BUILDERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.19am.
• PROJECT CONSULTANTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.22am.

We fix 26 March 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
