Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993

On 14 February 2018 at 12.00pm it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ARMOUR INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch of New Plymouth, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 14 February 2018.
