Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above incorporated society by resolution passed at its annual general meeting on 27 November 2017 which was confirmed at a subsequent general meeting held on 31 January 2018 at 7.30pm.

Note: This is a solvent entity transitioning to a new structure.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 21 March 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
