Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 9 February 2018 at the times stated below:
